The Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) was founded on November 6th, 2008 through the restructuring and consolidation of the China Aviation Industry Corporation Ⅰ (AVIC I) and the China Aviation Industry Corporation Ⅱ (AVIC Ⅱ).
